Соціально-психологічні умови попередження конфліктів у сфері забезпечення безпеки дорожнього руху

Abstract

Розглянуто соціально-психологічні умови попередження конфліктів у сфері забезпечення безпеки дорожнього руху, які виникають серед учасників дорожнього руху. Досліджено спеціальну комунікативну підготовку водіїв, що лежить в основі дорожньої етики, соціально-психологічні особливості конфліктів між водіями та співробітниками патрульної служби Національної поліції України. Внесено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення та реорганізації системи підготовки поліцейських, водіїв і підвищення їх кваліфікації. One of the main aspects of the successful association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union is improving road safety by increasing the effi-ciency of state control in this area. The National Police of Ukraine as a structure in the national system of state power institutions which are responsible for providing various aspects of the transport system of Ukraine must ensure road safety under present-day conditions. Legislative priorities in the activities of police cause necessity of improve-ment of the activities of its employees, and particularly in monitoring road traffic safety. A special section of the problems is associated with searching psychological mechanisms of activation of personal and professional life of policemen in solving conflicts. The use of such mechanisms in actual practice of internal affairs bodies of Ukraine in order to reduce conflicts in the traffic field between power structures and various social groups under the current socio-economic conditions will increase the level of public trust in law enforcement and the state apparatus in general. In the process of improvement and reorganization of police training, drivers and their skills it is reasonable to take into account the social and moral content of traffic, create the conditions for forming social and psychological competence, re-building appropriate curricula and examination requirements of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, including specialized communication training, which forms the social orientation of the driver’s profession and driving, in curriculums of automo-bile schools. In the context of improvement of training patrol servants of National Police of Ukraine it is necessary to introduce socio-psychological tasks and methods of assessment of the conflict, its place in the causes and consequences of events in the procedure of psychological examination of road traffic accidents.
