Психологічні особливості професійної ідентифікації працівників транспортної міліції: матеріали емпіричного дослідження

Abstract

Подано емпіричні матеріали з дослідження психологічних особливостей професійної ідентифікації співробітників транспортної міліції. Професійну ідентифікацію розглянуто як процес розвитку особистісної рефлексії професійної ідентичності у співвідношенні з «еталонним образом» співробітника відповідної організації з метою досягнення позитивної професійної само-ідентифікації. Наголошено на необхідності формування мотивації керівників і співробітників підрозділів, спрямованої на вдосконалення професійної психологічної підготовки. In modern psychology there are a lot of researches aimed at studying professional identification. Despite numerous researches of this problem, both in domestic and in foreign psychology there is an obvious shortage of works aimed at detection of its specificity of those officers involved in power structures, particularly in the transport militia staff. The article deals with the empirical materials of psychological features of professional staff transport militia identification. Professional identification is determined as a process of personal reflection of professional identity in relation to the «standard image» of the personnel of the organization in order to achieve positive professional self-identification. A number of techniques were used to identify the features of profes- sional identity of transport militia employees. Questionnaires have been developed to detect levels of reflection of professional identification of staff transport militia. Obtained and analyzed empirical data led to the following conclusions. Transport militia officers were as respondents. External and internal barriers significantly affect the specificity of the development of the professional and organizational identification in real working activities. The existence of these barriers should be considered when we describe strategies of staff professional identification. Taking into account the features of staff professional identification should be a compulsory component of effective leadership of traffic militia activities. The leader working in the specific conditions of the transport militia is in a situation of search of staff potential resources that can achieve more effective and productive professional activity. The problems of improving professional identification of transport infrastructure militiamen are caused by the necessity to improve operative-official activities. One of the important tasks that determine the effectiveness of any psychological impact is the formation of motivation of leaders and employees.
