Структура соціально-психологічних чинників довіри

Abstract

Здійснено огляд основних напрямів вивчення соціальних і психологічних функцій, факторів довіри в контексті теоретичного аналізу вітчизняних і зарубіжних досліджень. Розглянуто зв’язок довірливого спілкування із соціальною ідентичністю. На концептуальному рівні визначено соціально-психологічні чинники довіри та побудовано теоретичну модель. У контексті зовнішніх чинників розглянуто соціальні експектації, соціально-демографічні характеристики та індивідуально-психологічні особливості. Внутрішні чинники довіри висвітлено через призму афективного, конативного та когнітивного компонентів. This article provides an overview of key areas of the study of social and psychological functions, factors of trust in the context of theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign studies. We consider trusting relationship communication with social identity and trust modality. Temporal (time) modality confidence points to a possible characteristic confidence of the parameters of time; trust can be immediate or long-situational (old or new). Causal modality confidence delegates reason for confidence. Determined at the conceptual level of social and psychological factors of trust and a theoretical model. In the context of external factors considered social expectation (system of group expectations, which is an important component characteristics place the individual in a group is determined by the properties and characteristics of human behavior as a member of the group), socio – demographic characteristics and individual psychological characteristics. Internal factors of trust filed through the prism of affective, and cog- nitive components behavioral. Three functions of trust: personal functions (cognitive, harmonization, socialization, motivation, evaluating, social security, social relaxation, authenticity, communicative, selective and assertion); orga- nizational functions (integrative, social adaptation, coordination, emotional identification, social-psychological, group motivation, resources, social efficiency); social (structural, regulatory, tolerance, broadcast, legitimization, system and technology). Features of content, function, structure of interpersonal trust is determined by many factors.
