Організація протидії розкраданню лісодеревини підрозділами захисту економіки Національної поліції України : монографія

Abstract

У монографії комплексно висвітлено діяльність з протидії оперативними підрозділами захисту економіки Національної поліції України розкраданню лісодеревини. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан лісової галузі, розглянуто стан правового регулювання відносин лісокористування та правових заходів з охорони лісу в Україні. Досліджено організацію оперативного обслуговування об’єктів лісової галузі. Узагальнено профілактичні заходи щодо розкрадань лісодеревини, встановлено причини, умови та обставини, що сприяють розкраданням лісу. Досліджено організацію та тактику викриття розкрадань лісоматеріалів. Проведено наукове дослідження порядку оперативного документування розкрадання лісодеревини на об’єктах лісового господарства. Для працівників слідчих та оперативних підрозділів Національної поліції України, науковців, викладачів, курсантів, а також тих, хто досліджує проблеми протидії злочинам у сфері економіки. The monograph contains a comprehensive overview of the activities of countering the operational units of economic protection National Police of Ukraine destruction of forest trees. The current state of the forest industry is characterized, the state of legal regulation of forest management and legal measures for forest protection in Ukraine is considered. The organization of operative service of objects of the forest industry is investigated. Generalized preventive measures against the plunder of the forest tree, the reasons, conditions and circumstances contributing to the plunder of the forest are established. The organization and tactics of the disclosure of the looting of timber materials were investigated. A scientific research was carried out on the procedure for the operative documentation of forest tree plundering on forestry facilities. For employees of investigation and operational units of the National Police of Ukraine, scientists, teachers, cadets, as well as those who study the problems of counteracting crimes in the field of economy.
