Психологічний зміст і структура творчого потенціалу особистості

Abstract

Здійснено теоретичний аналіз феномена «творчий потенціал особистості», представленого у працях вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених. Розкрито його психологічну сутність і виокремлено компоненти. The theoretical analysis of the phenomena of «the creativity of the individual» presented in the works of local and foreign scientists is made. Its psychological essence and structural components are considered. In the context of the concept of «individual capacity» laid understanding it as a systematic, integrative education of the individual, which includes a number of structural components that contribute to the ability of the individual to withdraw from persistent internal criteria focus in his life, maintain stability and activity semantic orientations on a background pressure of external conditions; form system of human relations to the outside world and to itself, human performance in various activities in the context of life in general, the degree of development of abilities of the individual and their feasibility, successful adaptation. Creative potential – as one of its potential – consider how integrative dynamic property that characterizes the extent possible to carry out creative work, willingness and ability of self-actualization and self-development. The ability to selfdevelopment can be seen as a reference unit for analysis work. The creative potential – whether kreatyvnis – is kind of a combination of cognitive, konatyvnyh, emotional factors, and environmental factors. This integral wholeness of natural, social and psychological forces of man, which allow the subject to find a new solution to the problem and contribute to its self. Creativity as a complex subsystem is closely intertwined with other structural elements of the psyche, so there is a mutual influence, interdependence and, consequently, the unique creativity of a single entity. However, we consider that the difference in the development of every person in the first place due to its creative potential.
