Психологічні аспекти формування кар'єрних орієнтацій у менеджерів низової ланки

Abstract

Висвітлено проблему психологічних особливостей формування та прояву кар’єрних орієнтацій в контексті професійної діяльності менеджерів низової ланки. Розкрито поняття «кар’єрні орієнтації» і варіативність їх типів. Визначено основні відмінності прояву кар’єрних орієнтацій в гендерному аспекті. Встановлено детермінанти та чинники впливу на формування провідних типів кар’єрних орієнтацій: установки, ціннісні орієнтації, особистісна та професійна спрямованість особистості. The article highlights the problem of psychological characteristics of developing and manifestation of career orientations within the context of professional activity of the lower-level managers. The notion of “career orientations” and variability of their types are discussed. The main differences in the manifestation of career orientations in terms of gender aspect are analyzed. Determinants and factors that influence the formation of the leading types of career motivations, attitudes and values, personal and professional orientations of the individual are described.
