Abstract

Розкрито зміст, симптоматику, чинники синдрому емоційного вигорання, а також висвітлено основні результати емпіричного дослідження рівнів розвитку емоційного вигорання керівників органів внутрішніх справ та їхнього зв’язку з рівнем схильності до стресу, стилем управління, мотивацією до успіху та стажем роботи. The content, symptoms, factors of the syndrome of emotional burning are examined in the article. The main results of empiric studies of the levels of emotional burning development of law enforcement authorities and their connection with the rate of inclination for stress, the style of management, motivation toward success and the working experience are also investigated.
