Валютні обмеження як інструмент стабілізації валютної політики в Україні

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз сутності поняття «валютні обмеження» та роботи Національного банку України у сфері валютної політики. Досліджено систему реалізації валютних обмежень в Україні. Проведено аналіз нормативноправової діяльності Національного банку України у сфері валютних обмежень з метою виявлення проблемних складових валютної політики в Україні. The article analyzes the essence of «currency restrictions» and the National Bank of Ukraine in the field of monetary policy. The system implementation of currency restrictions in Ukraine. The analysis of the regulatory activities of the National Bank of Ukraine in the sphere of currency restrictions in order to identify problematic components of monetary policy in Ukraine. Any State seeking to protect its national currency and maintain optimum rate to foreign currencies. To do this, it uses tools of currency regulation, including currency intervention, currency restrictions, mode conversion rates, etc. Always question arises: Do the same objectives set by the currency regulation with the objectives of introducing currency restrictions? Such questions only enhance the relevance of the theme and attracted the attention of an increasing number of scientists. Given the socio-political tensions, complex political situation, the presence of certain elements of risk and uncertainty regarding further development of the situation, Ukraine has lost a significant portion of foreign exchange, which led to shortages of foreign currency and the rapid devaluation of the currency. The article is to study the question of currency restrictions and their impact on the monetary policy of Ukraine in general.
