Abstract

Здійснено оцінку стану використання сучасних інформаційних систем ведення управлінського обліку на підприємствах. Наголошено на необхідності ведення управлінського обліку, що є основою ефективного бізнесу. Проаналізовано стан ринку інформаційних систем ведення обліку та управління підприємством в Україні. Оцінено програмні продукти, що належать до корпоративних інформаційних систем, та які адаптовані до сучасних умов ведення бізнесу в Україні. Викладено основні напрями розвитку підтримки ІТ ведення управлінського обліку. This article looks at an evaluation of the use of modern information systems of management accounting at companies. It emphasizes the need for running management accounting as it is in the management accounting system that production, financial, and non-financial data are gathered, analyzed, and the most efficient financial decisions are reached on their basis in a situation of limited resources. It explains the need for introducing corporate information systems at companies. It points out that accounting systems currently cannot do without electronic processing of information. By using information systems an accountant significantly improves quality of information support and efficiently supports planning and control functions. The article reviews the market for information systems of accounting and management of companies in Ukraine. It presents an evaluation of software products related to corporate information systems and adapted to the current conditions ofrunning a business in Ukraine. The article describes the key areas of developing IT support of management accounting, in particular: the role of ERP systems in a company’s operation is changing, the field of using ERP systems is expanding, the functional capacities of ERP systems is extending, and the nature of processes in the ERP system is changing. All of this leads to significant changes in the architecture of ERP systems. This approach to the formation of a new generation of CIS makes it possible to form a new aspect of setting priority objectives of a company’s operation.
