Стильові особливості вияву саморегуляції діяльності у майбутніх педагогів

Abstract

Розкриваються різноманітні підходи до вивчення стильових проявів діяльності суб’єкта. Акцентується увага на відмінностях між компонентами індивідуального стилю інтегральної індивідуальності та стильовими особливостями саморегуляції. Аналізуються результати емпіричного вивчення стильових особливостей саморегуляції у майбутніх педагогів. Зокрема зазначається, що кожен стиль саморегуляції завдяки особливостям своїх регулятор- них профілів та компенсаторним можливостям здатний забезпечити нормальний ритм роботи та успішність її виконання. A variety of approaches to the study of stylistic manifestations of the subject’s activity are considered. A Focus is made on the distinctions between the components of individual style of an integrated personality and stylistic features of self-regulation. The results of an empirical study of stylistic features of selfregulation in future teachers are analyzed. It is emphesized that every style of selfregulation due to the peculiarities of its regulatory profiles and compensatory abilities can ensure normal rhythm of work and the success of its implementation.
