| Abstract: | У статті обґрунтовано комплексний підхід до емпіричного психологічного дослідження творчого мислення юриста як інтеграцію системного, особистісного, діяльнісного, проблемного, синергетичного і соціокультурного підходів, а також теорії установки та теорії міжкульової асиметрії мозку. The complex approach to the empiric psychological investigation of the creative thinking of a lawyer as an integration of the systematic, personal, activity, problematic, synergetic and socio-cultural approaches and the theory of attitude and the theory of the interhemisphere asymmetry of the brain is grounded. |
