Сучасні тенденції індикаторів фінансової безпеки держави

Abstract

Розглянуто актуальні проблеми соціально-економічного розвитку суспільства, здійснено моніторинг і проведено контроль за досягненням цілей безпеки на макрорівні. Висвітлено перелік показників, порогові значення яких впливають на рівень економічної безпеки держави. Досліджено стан фінансової безпеки за певними її показниками – індикаторами, а також методологічні підходи до оцінки рівня фінансової безпеки та її складових. The special actuality in market conditions is acquired by the problem of providing economic security of the state through the input of subsystem of acceptance of administrative decisions. From the methodological point of view the estimation of financial strength and its security constituents envisages determination of criteria of financial safety, choice of indicators and their threshold values, monitoring of these indexes, comparison of actual values with a threshold, analysis of the got results, determination of degree of financial safety and prognostication. Threshold values are determined depending on the specifics of the investigated phenomenon, mainly, determined with an expert method. By the threshold values of financial safety for Ukraine it can be also taken on values of corresponding indexes of other countries. As economic security mutates under the act of political, socio-economic and sociocultural factors, its basic task is to establish possible limits of rejections of values of indicators and determinations of maximum values, violation of that causes threats to economic security. The criterion for the division of the existing threats and a threshold indicator is possible which characterizes the threat. Over and above the thresholds threats are existing or available. The most significant threat to the financial security of the country is located in the area of monetary and banking relations. Subject of neutralizing threats achieved the status of protection of national interests. The level of financial security threats often defines evaluation by means of integral index, but other methods are also prevalent.
