Мотивація персоналу та її роль у забезпеченні кадрової безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Висвітлено актуальні проблеми мотивації праці персоналу, проаналізовано методи, способи та види мотивації праці працівників підприємств різних сфер діяльності, розкрито значення мотивації персоналу у забезпеченні кадрової безпеки підприємства, запропоновано систему заходів покращення мотивації на підприємстві. The article highlights the current problems of staff motivation. It analyzes the methods, techniques and types of motivation of employees working in enterprises of various spheres of activity, defines the notion of staff motivation and examines the main goal and objective of motivation. The methods, techniques and types of motivation have been subjected to a structural analysis. The article assesses strengths and weaknesses arising during the otivation. It also provides a detailed classification of types of motivation by need, method, source of origin of motives, direction to achieve objectives, level of intensity and form of social behavior of staff. The necessity of implementing incentives has been substantiated. The importance of motivating staff to ensure personnel security has been discovered. The influence of motivation on an increase in work activity of employees has been studied. The article also determines the degree of effectiveness of the methods, techniques and types of motivation in ensuring personnel security. The author offers a clear set of measures to improve the effectiveness of motivation in enterprises of different economic sectors of Ukraine.
