Стан будівельної галузі та її вплив на економічну безпеку будівельно-господарських гіпермаркетів

Abstract

Розглянуто будівельну галузь як одну з провідних галузей економіки, від якої залежить функціонування всієї системи господарювання. За результатами статистичних досліджень здійснено оцінку її сучасного стану; окреслено взаємозв’язок між будівельною галуззю та будівельно-господарськими гіпермаркетами в структурі будівельного комплексу. Визначено основні проблеми будівельної галузі; здійснено аналіз загроз економічний безпеці будівельної галузі. Визначено вплив будівельної галузі на економічну безпеку будівельно-господарських гіпермаркетів. We consider the construction industry as one of the leading sectors of the economy which determines the functioning of the economic system; noted that this sector can play in the economy of Ukraine as a catalytic role aimed at its development and destabilizing, thus creating a threat to certain enterprises; characterized warehouse building complex which includes: construction materials, construction of structures, namely the construction and design, research work in the construction industry; intercommunication is outlined between building industry and construction-economic hypermarkets in the structure of building complex; on results statistical researches the estimation of her is conducted the modern state; the basic problems of building industry are certain; analyzing the state of businesses in building industry evidently, that a row of destabilizing factors that negatively influence on the volumes of building is, that can result the turn in a decline in a production and realization through construction-economic hypermarkets of building products; in accordance with methodology of diagnostics of threats the analysis of threats is conducted economic to safety of building industry and certainly, that unfavorable investment climate in building industry and subzero financial possibility of physical and legal persons negatively effect on demand of building products and services, that creates terms the turn for reduction of volumes them; analyzed that this situation creates a hostile environment for trade and economic construction of hypermarkets the influence of the construction industry on the economic security of construction-economic hypermarkets and proved that today a significant threat to them related to the situation in the construction industry, not because diversified their activities, that is, except for building construction and household goods hypermarkets sell related products.
