Стан і умови забезпечення стійкості економіки України

Abstract

З’ясовано основні тенденції розвитку національної економіки. Проаналізовано зміну обсягу ВВП України та груп країн світу в докризовий та післякризовий періоди. Визначено тенденції відновлення економік розвинених і країн, що розвиваються. Окреслено основні передумови, які призвели до вразливо- сті економіки України, окреслено заходи підвищення рівня стійкості економіки України. An important feature of the economy at present is its stability. The stability of the economic system is its ability to return to balance after its withdrawal from this state under the influence of external disturbances. The article studies the main trends of the national economy and analyzes the changes of Ukraine’s GDP and a group of countries in period of crisis and post-crisis. The article defines the tendencies of economic recovery in advanced economies and developing countries. Among the main reasons of the vulnerability of the national economy are its transparency and import dependency, the existence of structural deformities, budget deficit, liquidity problems of the banking system of Ukraine. The research outlines measures to upgrade the level of stability of the Ukraine’s economy. Fortification of economic system is impossible without a recovery in amount of GDP produced in the country. Economic growth should primarily focus on achieving not only quantitative indexes but also qualitative ones. That is, primary focus is based on replacement of export and raw sources of GDP growth for innovative, high-tech products. For that, major efforts should be directed to carry out the economic restructuring, stabilization of activity of banking sector, expanding sources and improving efficiency of internal resources of development. An important direction to overcome structural and technological strains is also the introduction of an effective mechanism to attract appropriate amounts of domestic investment resources.
