Антикризове управління як спосіб протидії кризовим явищам у банківській сфері України

Abstract

Досліджено специфіку банківської кризи та антикризового управління в банківських установах України. Окреслено підхoди дo з’ясування змісту пoняття «криза» в екoнoмічній літературі, розкрито сутність антикризового управління та запропоновано напрями вдосконалення антикризового управління в банках України для запобігання виникненню банківської кризи. Зазначено, що питання антикризового управління дуже важливе і вимагає нових наукових досліджень та ефективного впровадження нових ідей для забезпечення стабільності банківського сектора в цілому. Specificity of the banking crisis and crisis management in the banking institutions are explored in this article. Approaches of clarifying the meaning of the term «crises» in the economic literature are submitted. The essence of crisis management is revealed and the ways of improvement of crisis management in banks of Ukraine to prevent the occurrence of a bank crisis are suggested. Because of instability of national economic, the crisis phenomenon always increases the risk of its existence. That’s why the crisis management becomes more important in all sectors of economic, especially in bank sector. World financial and economic crisis caused the increasing of bank crisis. Consequently, bank institutions stop to perform their main functions because of lack of financial resources and low level of their indicators. That’s why the question of crisis management is very important and requires new scientific researches and effective implementation of new ideas for providing stability of bank sector. Crisis management plays an important role in the activity of bank system for preventing occurrence and way out of the economic crisis. Crisis management in banking institutions is the complex of measures which provides preventing the economic crisis, stabilization of banking system and increase of all necessary indicators for proper functioning of banking institutions. Investigating crisis management, we can’t leave without consideration the mechanism of crisis management. The mechanism of crisis management should provide banking institutions the opportunity to feel itself easy in any situation even in spite of some changes in national economic of the country. We should notice, that in order to overcome banking crisis we need effective system of crisis management, which can predict and detect crisis. In this manner crisis management should comprise all stages of development of crisis state, including its prevention and prediction.
