Підходи до створення сучасної служби економічної безпеки акціонерного товариства

Abstract

Досліджено підходи до створення служби економічної безпеки акціонерного товариства та видові її функції. Визначено, що метою діяльності служби економічної безпеки є виключення можливих збитків або упущення вигоди та забезпечення цілісності процесів чи об’єктів і в цілому АТ шляхом протидії загрозам. З’ясовано, що необхідно сформувати відповідну організаційну та штатну структура підрозділу економічної безпеки, яка може бути представлена у вигляді: департаменту безпеки, управління, служби, відділу тощо. Визначено, що у сучасних умовах господарювання АТ доцільно реалізовувати функцію економічної безпеки через власну службу економічної безпеки. The article investigates approaches to creating economic security service of a joint stock company and its specific features. It is determined that the purpose of the service of economic security is to avoid possible damage or omissions benefits and ensure the integrity of processes or objects in general blood pressure by countering threats. It is established that there are two basic approaches to its creation, including the creation of security, which structure is oriented to perform all functions necessary to ensure the economic security of AD that are delegated to it as a branch; establishment of security services, the structure of which is focused on the performance of the functions, and to bring under the terms of the agreement other security forces (SSS, private security agencies) to perform the remaining functions necessary to ensure the economic security of AT within the functions prescribed for it as a structural unit. It is shown that it is necessary to establish appropriate organizational and staffing structure unit of economic security, which can be represented as: security department, management service department and so on. It was determined that the current economic conditions it is advisable to implement AO function of economic security through its own service of economic security. To this end, according to research, it is necessary to consolidate the corporation SEB four main species of economic security features: security activities; detective work; Analytical and search activities; Technical data protection. The improvement of the efficiency of economic security services requires appropriate laws of Ukraine - «On the detective activity», «On the security service business» and so on. Another important aspect of JSC SEB, which significantly affects its efficiency, is the interaction with the state law enforcement agencies. Moreover, in terms of managing the system of economic security, the SEB should put a coordinating role in key processes intended to counter threats and ensure the integrity of the system and BP as an entity.
