Шляхи реформування житлово-комунального господарства Львівщини

Abstract

Методами логіко-теоретичного узагальнення виявлено закономірності та окреслено проблеми житлово-комунального господарства, визначено системні основи реалізаціїї програми реформування ЖКГ Львівщини. Обгунтовано необхідність врахування стану, інтересів та загроз функціонування ЖКГ, забезпечення державного регулювання для визначення напрямів реформування. By methods of logical and theoretical generalization the regularities are detected and the problems of housing and communal services are outlined; the systemic basis for the implementation of the program of reforming housing and communal services in L’viv region is defined. The necessity of taking into accounts the condition, interests and threats of housing and communal services functioning, ensuring the state regulation to determine the reform directions.
