Захист комерційної таємниці в Україні

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз та досліджено поняття комерційної таємниці, її ознаки, засади формування і захисту, виявлено основні проблеми і запропоновані шляхи їх розв’язання. Protection of trade secrets is a component of economic security entities and defining condition of their success on the market today. The article deals with the analysis and studies of the concept of a trade secret, its signs and principles of formation and protection. The basic problems are revealed and solutions are proposed.
