Соціально-психологічні особливості міжособистісної взаємодії в системі вчитель-учень

Abstract

У статті розкриваються соціально-психологічні особливості взаємодії в системі «вчитель-учень». Зазначається, що спрямованість учителя на себе і на інших, наявність у нього тих чи інших властивостей особистості може забезпечити продуктивність педагогічного спілкування, а також вплинути на характер міжособистісних контактів.Socio-psychological peculiarities of interaction in the system «teacher-pupil» are examined in the article. It is determined that the teachers’ directions of themselves and others, presence of these or those peculiarities of a personality can provide the effectiveness of pedagogic communication, and also can influence on the character of interpersonal contacts.
