Abstract

В навчальному посібнику викладено теоретико-методологічні основи дослідження проблем розвитку інтелектуальної складової економіки. Розглянуто інституціональне забезпечення регулювання сфери інтелектуальної власності на міжнародному та національному рівнях. Висвітлено основні засади охорони та захисту прав на об’єкти інтелектуальної власності в Україні. Окреслено методичні підходи до оцінки інтелектуального капіталу підприємства та визначення вартості прав на об’єкти інтелектуальної власності. Розглянуто основні засади патентно-ліцензійної торгівлі та способи комерціоналізації об’єктів інтелектуальної власності.
