Досліджено роль та вплив антропологічної складової особистості тлумача на інтерпретацію правових текстів і застосування правових норм. The article deals with the scientific research of the anthropological foundation of the philosophical and juridical phenomenon of legal hermeneutics. At the same time, attention is focused on the interconnection and mutual influence of legal anthropology and legal hermeneutics. The attention is focused on the anthropological foundation of the philosophical and legal phenomenon of legal hermeneutics. It is noted that anthropology is one of the first disciplines that explores person as a species. Law sciences study the development of society and its various aspects among others. At the same time, anthropology itself is multifaceted and multilayered and contains a set of scientific disciplines that study human beings as an integral integrity. Modern legal anthropology is both an applied and fundamental science. As a fundamental science, it studies the legal process as a phenomenon, and as an applied one, it tries to influence this process. Anthropological approach to legal categories allows one to consider a person as an integrative integrity and to ensure that in legal practice the subjectivity and individuality of the individual as a participant of life, the interaction of this person with the environment and a wide range of social phenomena associated with it are taken into account in the legal practice. Legal anthropology is the basis of legal hermeneutics, because one way or another to understand and interpret law can only be taken into account a certain image and the idea of a person. Given the anthropological peculiarities of the subjects of the legal process, one can obtain a conflict of interpretation of legal texts. Hermeneutics as a science can exist and develop only where freedom of interpretation is recognized. Anthropological component is manifested in a special form of interpretation, aimed at conscious or unconscious support of interests closer to the interpreter of the object. And the conflict of interpretation is based on the plurality of subjects of interpretation. Any model of interpretation will always be only an isolated case with respect to another model that allows semantic plurality. The contradiction between these models is explained by the presence of the anthropological component of the interpreter. In this case, within the framework of the hermeneutic model, the meaning is not taken in the finished form of the legal text, but is the subject of the creative work of the interpreter.
