Протистояння організації українських націоналістів і рядянської влади в роки Другої світової війни та у повоєнний період: історико-правовий аспект

Abstract

Розглянуто питання діяльності ОУН у роки війни і повоєнний період за незалежність Української держави, протистояння українських націоналістів і радянської влади під час Другої світової війни і після війни, за національне визволення. Розкрито історичні постаті учасників боротьби за незалежність України в XX столітті, ґрунтуючись на історичній правді та фактах, які мають діаметрально протилежний зміст (хто вони, українські націоналі-сти: герої!? колаборанти!? зрадники!? нацисти!?). Відповідно до порушеної проблеми сформовано власну позицію. The formation and activities of the Organization of Ukrainian nationalists (the OUN) were one of the brightest pages of Ukrainian national liberation movement of the 20th century. The principle of uncompromising struggle for national liberation was the core of the theoretical and practical activities of the Organization. The scientific exploration of the activities of the Organization of Ukrainian nationalists for the independence of the Ukrainian State during the Second World War and the postwar period is carried out. The confrontation between the Organization of Ukrainian nationalists and Soviet authorities for national liberation during the Second World War and the postwar period is analyzed. Attempts to uncover the historical figures of participants in the struggle for independence of Ukraine in the 20th century, based on the historical truth and facts that are diametrically opposite content, are made. Who are Ukrainian nationalists: Heroes?! Collaborators!? Traitors!? Nazis!? According to them, the author forms his own position. Intimidated by the repressions, avowed famishment, Siberia, people of Ukraine were forced to believe that the «legitimate» OUN-M headed by Andrii Melnyk and the OUN-B (or OUN-R for «revolutionary») headed by Stepan Bandera were the same that Gestapo agents. Because neither at that time nor now, almost nobody knew about the executed nationalists in Babyn Yar and tortured people in German concentration camps. Because the leaders of our liberation movement made a historical mistake – resorted to aid of Nazi Germany (as a half of then European countries) and Moscow. This fact presented our heroes as traitors. We should define: who were the members of the Organization of Ukrainian nationalists? We should create a national idea by ourselves and we should not repeat the mistakes of our heroic past.
