Процедурні особливості залишення заяви без розгляду у зв’язку з повторною неявкою позивача

Abstract

Досліджуються особливості застосування норм інституту залишення заяви без розгляду у випадку повторної неявки позивача в судове засідання, зокрема, аналізуються умови, за сукупності яких допускається застосування норм цього інституту, звертається увага на існуючі прогалини правового регулювання цього питання та пропонуються шляхи їх подолання. The enforcement features of the institution rules of the abandonment of the application without consideration in a case of the second default of the plaintiff at a court session are investigated, in particular, the conditions which allow to apply the rules of this institution are analyzed, a great attention is paid to the existing gaps in the legal regulation of this issue and the ways to overcome them are suggested.
