Становлення доказового права на етнічних українських землях: історико-правовий аспект

Abstract

Проаналізовано тривалий процес становлення та розвитку доказування на території українських земель, закладено підґрунтя для комплексного хронологічного дослідження доказування у господарському процесі на території України. It is analysed the long process of formation and development of proof on the territory of Ukrainian lands the foundation for a comprehensive chronological study of proof in the economic process in Ukraine is laid. The historical aspect of the development of evidence and proof process is complex and interesting problem. This concept occupies a prominent place in the conceptual apparatus of evi-dence, serves as a tool for scientific analysis, ensuring the organic unity of general and branch sciences, their implementation in practical life. Understanding the process of proof in economic proceedings laws makes it possible to identify the current state of evidence. History helps us understand the present by analyzing the past.
