Ім’я, соціальна роль, професія поведінка як семіотичні характеристики людини, гарантовані суспільством і правом

Abstract

Запропоновано розглянути людину як суспільний знак. Попри загальновизнану її триєдину природу (тіло, дух, душа), виокремлюють ще декілька аспектів, що є також значущими для характеристики людини як соціального символу, – ім’я, соціальна роль, професія та поведінка. Усі названі аспекти так чи інакше враховані у нормах, що регламентують і регулюють людську поведінку в соціокультурному просторі, зокрема й у праві. Людина як збірна семіотична одиниця з усіма її складовими (тіло, дух, душа, ім’я, соціальна роль і т. д.) захищена правом, а всі створені людиною знаки можливі та зрозумілі тільки завдяки її здатності абстрактно мислити і вмінню аналізувати себе саму та своє оточення. The author suggests treating a human as a social sign. In spite of his universal threefold nature (body, spirit, soul), some more aspects may be singled out that are also significant for individual characteristics of the human as a social symbol such as name, social role, occupation and conduct. A name describes a set of historical, cultural, civilized signs, codes, symbols reflecting human semiotics. A separate social role for each person is dominant that becomes a specific social character as a typical individual image usual for the surrounded and which he is associated with. Occupation is certain clearly framed within the social division of labor complex of actions that a person should fulfill and which requires available proper knowledge, skills, practical habits etc. The author emphasizes the occupation as independent semiotic human characteristics with such features as typicality, standard, and pattern. The behavior itself may also be symbolic human characteristics if it is considered in the context of the so-called ceremony. All above mentioned aspects are taken into consideration in the norms regulating and governing the human conduct in the socio-cultural space including the law. The human as the semiotic unit with all his elements (body, spirit, soul, name, social role etc.) is defended by law, and all the signs created by the human are possible and clear only due to his ability to think abstractly and analyze himself and his surroundings. In this case the law is a sign system created by the human and at the same time the regulator of a further improvement of semantically structurized sociocultural space in which the human exists.
