Семіотико-правовий аналіз знаків Євромайдану

Abstract

Події в Україні взимку 2013–2014 років дали ґрунт для дослідження багатьом наукам. Представники семіотики вивчають Євромайдан як феномен сучасної української реальності, що супроводжувався творенням власного понятійно-категоріального апарату, системою символів і знаків. З позиції семіотики права знаковість Євромайдану цілком відповідає теорії виникнення та функціонування знакової інформації. Тут створювалися вербальні (поняття і тексти) та невербальні знаки (образи людей, дій і подій, артефакти і зображення), формувалася власна ідеологія та філософія.The events, happened in Ukraine in winter 2013–2014, gave the ground for the research to almost all sciences: from Political science and Jurisprudence – to depth Psychology and Semiotics (a science about signs and sign systems). In general winter events are called «Euromaidan». Scientists (not only home) actively study this phenomenon of modern Ukrainian reality. As a fact, the most operative were the comments of political scientists, economists, lawyers. In return, the subject we have chosen for the research – social signs – needs time to get a landmark status, some forms and become accepted in the society. Although, maybe due to extraordinary dynamism of the events the signs, which need a long-term period of several hundred years of formation and development, became the ones sometimes even instantly under the conditions of Euromaidan. On the bases of the analysis of semiotic and legal aspect of the signs of the Ukrainian Euromaidan it generally could be claimed that this phenomenon in Ukraine was accompanied with creation of the own conceptual and categorical organ and a system of symbols and signs. To preserve this symbolic the museums announce gathering different posters, letters, things that soon become the exhibits; people make these symbols as tattoos on their bodies; publishers form a collection of poems and albums photos that will not only reflect the chronology of the autumnspring events of 2013–2014, but also demonstrate deep essence of this social and political phenomenon of modern Ukraine. From the perspective of semiotics of law Euromaidan symbolic is consistent with a theory of sign information developing and functioning of signs in society. There were created both verbal (some names and concepts and the whole texts of applications, poems and songs), and non-verbal signs (images of people, actions and events, artefacts and images). From the protest action Euromaidan escalated into a national people’s organization with its own ideology and philosophy.
