Залежність комплементарності праворозуміння від гетерогенності джерел права

Abstract

Досліджено новітню всеохоплювальну концепцію комплементарного праворозуміння, що формулює цілісне сприйняття та розуміння права у сучасній юриспруденції. Виявлено залежність комплементарності праворозуміння від процесів глобалізації та гетерогенності джерел права країн Європейського Союзу. The article is devoted to the research of the new all-embracing conception of the complementary law-understanding, which formulates integral perception and understanding of law in modern jurisprudence. The dependence of complementary law-understanding on the processes of globalization and heterogeneity of law sources for the countries of European Union is found out.
