| Abstract: | Йдеться про зростання ролі договору в сімейному праві. Аналізується договірне регулювання сімейних відносин. Розглядаються особливості конструкції сімейно-правового договору, а саме: особливий суб’єктний склад, умови, форма договору; його місце в загальній системі договорів, а також загальні вимоги щодо чинності сімейно-правових договорів. The article deals with the growing role of a contract in family law. The contractual regulation of family relations is analysed. It’s also described the features of a design of family law agreement, such as: special subjects, conditions, form of contract, and its place in the general system of contracts and the general requirements for effective family law contracts. |
