| Abstract: | Розглядаються особливості використання юридичних конструкцій у цивільному законодавстві. Аналізуються юридичні конструкції цивільних правовідносин, цивільно-правового договору, цивільного правопорушення. На основі аналізу використання юридичних конструкцій у цивільному законодавстві пропонуються зміни в законодавство. The article deals with the peculiarities of the legal structures usage in civil law. The legal structure of civil relations, civil contract, civil offense are analized by the author. Changes in the legislation are proposed on the basis of the analyses of the legal structures usage in civil law. |
