| Abstract: | Досліджується єдність суспільно небезпечного діяння у нормах про рі-зні склади одного злочину. Виділено способи опису суспільно небезпечного ді-яння у кримінальному законі. Визначено зміст вказівки на «ті самі діяння» залежно від конструкції складу злочину (формальний чи матеріальний).Unity of socially dangerous act in the norms of different composition of a corpus delicti is examined. Ways to describe a socially dangerous act in criminal law are distinguished. The content of direction to "the same acts" depending on the construction of the corpus delicti (formal or material) is defined. |
