| Abstract: | Комплексно аналізуються концептуальні основи методології дослідження права, розкриваються принципи наукового пізнання, що є суттєвими чинниками розуміння методологічних засад дослідження права як соціального багатоаспектного явища. The conceptual bases of the law research methodology are analysed, the principles of scientific cognition , which are the significant factors of understanding of law research methodological bases, as a social multi-dimentional phenomenon, are considered in this article. |
