Становлення й основні етапи розвитку радянської системи виконання кримінальних покарань на території України (перша половина ХХ ст.)

Abstract

Досліджено процес організації радянської системи виконання кримінальних покарань в Україні від часу утворення УСРР–УРСР до 1930 – початку 1950-х рр.; окреслено основні етапи розвитку держави; проаналізовано головні нормативно-правові акти структурно-організаційної діяльності кримінально-виконавчої системи. The process of organization of the soviet system of implementation of criminal punishments in Ukraine since the time of the formation of the Ukrainian soviet socialistic republic before 1930 and up to the beginning of 1950th is examined in the article; the basic stages of the sate’s development is also outlined; in addition the main normative-legal acts ofstructurally organizational tactivity of the criminal executive system are analyzed.
