| Abstract: | Аналізується обґрунтування окремих правил і прийомів тлумачення та необхідність їх застосування під час системного тлумачення кримінального закону. Запропоновано класифікацію правил системного тлумачення кримінального закону. The grounds of specific rules and techniques of interpretation and necessity of their application during system interpretation of the criminal law are analyzed. The classification of rules of the criminal law system interpretation is suggested. |
