Привід як захід забезпечення кримінального провадження на стадії досудового розслідування

Abstract

Розкривається місце приводу в системі кримінально-процесуального примусу та заходів забезпечення кримінального провадження. На підставі аналізу положень кримінального процесуального законодавства України 2012 року даються рекомендації щодо підготовки та виконання приводу на стадії досудового розслідування. The article deals with the role ofthe attachment in the system of the criminal judicial compulsion and the measures of the providing of the criminal realization. The recommendations in relation to the preparation and the implementation of the attachment on the stage ofthe pre-trial investigation on the basis ofthe analysis of the positions ofthe criminal judicial legislation of Ukraine of 2012 are given.
