| Abstract: | Розкриваються процесуальні питання примирення між особою, яка вчинила злочин, і потерпілим; аналізуються положення Кримінального процесуального кодексу України щодо укладення угоди про примирення; даються пропозиції, спрямовані на удосконалення кримінально-процесуального законодавства України. The article deals with the uncover the procedural question of the reconciliation between the person who committed the crime and the victim. It is analyzed the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine on the agreement on the reconciliation given to proposals aimed at improving the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine. |
