Феномен агресії: філософсько-правовий аспект

Abstract

Стаття присвячена одній із основних проблем філософії права, а саме феномену агресії. Зокрема, з’ясовуються її причини і прояви у соціальному та індивідуальному аспектах. Наголошується на вирішенні фундаментальної проблеми суспільної науки: як усунути фактори, що призводять до агресивних дій людини. Проаналізовано чинники, що впливають на агресивний характер поведінки особи та її прояви. This article deals with one of the main problems of the philosophy of law, the phenomenon of aggression in particular. Special attention is paid to its causes and its manifestations from the social and individual point of view. The author lays the stress on the solution of the fundamental problem of the social science: how to eliminate the factors leading to aggressive actions of a human. The factors affecting aggressive behavior of a person and its manifestations are analyzed.
