Взаємозв'язок комунікативної та соціальної компетентності у процесі правового спілкування

Abstract

Досліджуються комунікативна та соціальна компетентність працівника ОВС як складові процесу правоспілкування, їх взаємодія, а також роль і місце у системі правової комунікації з точки зору філософського інтерпретування. Communicative and social competence of the bodies of internal affairs workers as the component of the process of legal communication, their interaction, role and place in the system of legal communication from the point of view of philosophic interpretation are investigated in the article.
