Abstract

Досліджуються особливості бланкетних диспозицій, що стосуються суспільно небезпечних наслідків та факультативних ознак об’єктивної сторони злочину (місця, часу, способу, знаряддя, засобів його вчинення): обґрунтованість їх використання, найпоширеніші лексичні прийоми відсилання до норм інших галузей права. The article investigates the peculiarities of blanket dispositions in connection with the problem of socially dangerous consequences and optional features of the objective side of crimes( place, time, method, tool, means of committing), stipulation of their utilization, the most widely spread lexical means of referring to the standards of other branches of law.
