Профорієнтація і профвідбір: аксіологічні аспекти: навчальний посібник

Abstract

Навчальний посібник розкриває проблему підготовки молодої особистості до вибору професії ґрунтуючись на аксіологічних аспектах. Висвітлено: поняття цінностей та ціннісних орієнтацій у контексті професійних преференцій особистості; класифікацію цінностей та їх функції; духовні цінності та професійне самовизначення; вплив гендерних стереотипів на професійні преференції молоді; конститутивні аксіологічні принципи вибору професії особистістю; професійне самовизначення молодої особистості; роль аксіологічних складових у профорієнтації та самовизначенні; освітні ціннісні орієнтації молоді; оптимізацію й інтенсифікацію процесу навчання відповідно до демократичних цінностей суспільства; зміст професійно значущих якостей майбутнього фахівця; аксіологічні чинники у професійній підготовці фахівців; ціннісні орієнтації як складової формування майбутнього фахівця; результати емпіричного дослідження (професії типу «людина – людина»). Подано практичні рекомендації: глосарій, порадник для особистості щодо вибору професії, урок із профорієнтації для учнів старших класів: «Ґендер і професія»; діагностичний інструментарій щодо визначення цінностей та ціннісних орієнтацій; народознавство у профорієнтації тощо. The article analyses of concepts of values, value orientation, and professional preference in the context of career choices of a young person. The author concludes that the impact of external and internal factors, obtained knowledge, sensory-emotional and volitional spheres, spiritual foundation of life attitude, feelings, self-interest, subjective experience of current events in a personʼs life, and so forth are regarded to be the factors that influence the formation of outlook and internal readiness of an individual to the profession choice. In the process of professional self-determination personality is guided by values and value orientations in accordance with the individual and social experience, social and personal needs and interests. Thus, that is the way the process happens in which a social attitude and inner willingness of a person to act according to the obtained knowledge are formed. Such knowledge is transformed into human’s beliefs and becomes the rule of his/her life. Human’s belief (on a personal level are synthesized in the outlook) is a unique combination of rational, sensory, emotional and volitional processes. They appear as value orientations of a personality that regulate his/her consciousness, behaviour and activity, including professional activity.
