Право як комунікативна модель

Abstract

На основі аналізу різних теорій комунікації у контексті функціонування права стверджується, що право є однією з комунікативних моделей соціокультурного простору, в якій відтворено впорядкований тип відносин соціальних суб’єктів у межах цього простору. On the basis of analyzing different theories of communication in the context of functioning of law it is affirmed, that law is one of the communicative models of the socio-cultural sphere, in which the wellorganized type of relations of the social subjects is reproduced within the bounds of this sphere.
