| Abstract: | Аналізуються цивільно-процесуальний статус адвоката, з’ясовуються можливості вдосконалення механізму правового регулювання процесуальних правовідносин між адвокатом та довірителем, визначаються принципи діяльності адвоката як представника прав, свобод та інтересів громадян України. The civil-procedural status of a lawyer is analyzed, the possibilities of improving the mechanism of the legal regulation of the procedural relations between a lawyer and a principal are considered, and the principles of a lawyer’s activity as a representative of the rights, freedoms and interests of the Ukrainian citizens are determined. |
