Адміністративно-правова характеристика статусу суб'єктів виборчого процесу

Abstract

З’ясовується статус суб’єктів виборчого процесу, аналізується законодавство України, яке регламентує адміністративно-правовий захист учасників виборів, дотримання і забезпечення прав та обов’язків громадян України обґрунтовується визначення адміністративно-правового статусу масштабної категорії людей, яка бере участь у виборах. The status of the subjects of the electoral process is considered, the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the administrative-legal protection of the participants of the elections, the loyalty and promotion of rights and obligations of the citizens of Ukraine, is analyzed, the determination of administrative-legal status of the scale category of people, who participate in the elections, is grounded.
