| Abstract: | Досліджуються ознаки юридичних конструкцій як засобів законотворчої техніки, як моделей певних правових явищ, за допомогою яких формуються приписи законів, аналізується кожна із ознак і на підставі змістовної характеристики юридичних конструкцій визначається їх поняття. The characteristics of legal structures are examined as means of legislative technique, as models of certain legal phenomena by which the requirements of laws are formed, each of the characteristics is analyzed and on the basis of the detailed characteristics of legal structures their concepts are determined. |
