| Abstract: | З’ясується протиправність посягань на приватність особи та доцільність криміналізації таких діянь, на підставі загальновизнаних у науці кримінального права принципів обґрунтовується необхідність кримінально-правової охорони приватного життя людини. The illegal encroachment on a person’s privacy and the expediency of criminalizing such acts are clarified, the necessity of the criminal protection of a person’s private life is grounded on the basis of the universally recognized principles in criminal law science. |
