Корупція в органах внутрішніх справ: проблеми протидії

Abstract

Аналізуються причини корупційних діянь серед працівників ОВС, їх вплив на розвиток суспільних відносин, забезпечення прав і свобод громадян, а також наслідки поширення цього явища, пропонується вжиття заходів, які сприятимуть мінімізації корупційних проявів серед співробітників ОВС. The reasons of the corruption among the officers of the organs of in-ternal affairs, their influence on social relations, the ensuring of the human rights and freedoms, and the results of the extension of this phenomenon are analyzed. Taking measures which will promote the minimization of corrup-tion among the officers of the organs of internal affairs is proposed.
