Abstract

З’ясовується зміст та співвідношення норм цивільного та господарського права у контексті правового регулювання, забезпечення гармонізації приватних і публічних інтересів у господарській та підприємницькій діяльності. The article deals with the problematic aspects of content and corre-lation of the norms of civil and industrial law in the light of the legal regu-lation, the provision of harmonization of public and private interests in the sphere of industrial and enterprise activity.
