| Abstract: | Відображаються події новітньої національної української державності і права в період (1918–1919 рр.), коли Директорія, яка прийшла до влади шляхом народного повстання, прагнула відновити започатковані Центральною Радою демократичні основи розбудови України. The article deals with the events of the recent national Ukrainian statehood and law in the period of 1918–1919, when the Directory, which came into power by means of a popular uprising, sought to restore democratic foundations of state building in Ukraine founded by the Central Rada. |
