| Abstract: | Досліджено основні етапи виникнення та становлення енциклопедії права у російській юридичній літературі, проаналізовано праці вчених минулого, які досліджували, викладали та вдосконалювали енциклопедію права як навчальну та наукову юридичну дисципліну в сфері правової освіти. The main stages of the origin and the formation of the law encyclo-paedia in the Russian legal literature are investigated, the works of the scientists who studied, taught and improved the law encyclopaedia as an educational and scientific legal branch of science in the sphere of legal education are analyzed. |
