| Abstract: | З’ясовується врахування стану сильного душевного хвилювання при призначенні судом покарання; на думку автора, емоційний стан особи під час вчинення злочину має істотний вплив на обрання судом виду та строку покарання. The consideration of the state of strong emotion during the infliction of penalty by the court is clarified; the emotional state of a person during committing a crime has a substantial influence on choosing the type and term of punishment by the court. |
